Do you meditate?

Here is a quick and effective energetic meditation.

Find a space that is quiet and free from distraction. Sit in a comfortable position and allow your intention to go inward. Breathe in a deep fulfilling breath. Let out a big sigh as you release any tension you are holding on to. You can place one hand on your heart and the other on your belly if this feels good, otherwise have your palms open and laid on your legs. Now spend a few minutes, focusing on your breath. Pay attention to how your body feels as you fill your lungs with fresh air. Breathe in all that fills you with love and joy. Breathe out all of your stress and feelings of unease. Envision a ball of light above you. The color is your choice and should help you feel calm and relaxed. Imagine the light growing brighter and bigger until it fills the room. Breathe the light in and out feeling it bring in positive energy and release energy that no longer serves you. Now imagine you are in standing beside a waterfall of pure light. Step under the waterfall and allow it to wash your energetic body clean. Stay there until you feel light and in a space of love.

This meditation can be done at any time you feel the need.
