Easy Run for new week
I just finished a 4.844km running that lasted about 0hh:30mm:44ss !

this is a first run this week, easy start after long run on Sunday, and i plan to have four more running activities this week, one tomorrow morning, similar to this one, but with faster intervals, one easy run on Friday, a bit longer distance with more elevation on Saturday and long run on Sunday
