How to instantly have lucid dreams

A lucid dream is a dream in which you know you're dreaming. It can be customized to your liking.

Can anyone have a lucid dream?
Everyone is able to have a lucid dream but some basics need to be learned:

-A good dream Memory (Is trained by keeping a dream diary)
-A critical awareness
-A good and restful sleep

How do I get a lucid dream?
There are many techniques for this. For a faster result, you can also combine them. Here are the three that worked best for me:

-Reality checks:
To see if you're dreaming, you can do reality checks. For example, look at your hand every day for about half an hour and count your fingers. If your hand looks weird, you're dreaming. More reality checks: Look at the clock and look for special features, jump up, keep your nose and see if you can still breathe through your nose

-Autosuggestion:
Before you fall asleep, you have to inhale and exhale a few times. Every time you exhale it feels like your body is getting heavier and you relax.When you're relaxed you have to repeat a sentence like "Tonight I'll have a lucid dream " or "as soon as I'm dreaming I'm doing a reality check " until you fall asleep.

-WBTB (Wake Back To Bed):
Set the alarm so that you can sleep 5-6 hours. If you're awake, you should stay awake for 15-30 minutes. In this time you should check a few times if you are dreaming. You can also read in your dream diary. Then you can go to sleep again. When you fall asleep, you use the autosuggestion technique. After a few days you will surely have a lucid dream, because then you immediately fall back into the REM sphase. During this phase, most lucid dreams take place.
