It's true. I'm an ENTIRE year older...starting today (well, in about 30 minutes from this moment...).

This post is a shameless request at your birthday wishes. I'd gotten used to empty wishes from Facebook friends, but couldn't care less if THEY know it's my special day... But you? I love you guys. Like all of you... even the craziest ones. 😍

I've not posted in 12 days!? "Why, Carrie, why??"

• Firstly, me and the hubs (@chrisroberts) went on a little road trip to visit (very briefly) our families . Most of our time in the last week was spent on the road... thus, no time for the posting. 😏

• And finally, an excuse many of you are privy to: STEEM MONSTERS lore writing. We (me and the hubs) have been working all available hours on finishing the lore of the SPLINTERLANDS. And we are SO CLOSE. Because of wanting to stick to deadlines so YOU get what you want (before you forget about it... 😆), I've simply NOT been doing regular Steemit posts.

"What about your VLOG? Was that fake news?"

Kinda... but not purposely. 😎 I REALLY want to continue doing a VLOG, but may have to wait for stability from one of the dapps to be able to move forward. I LOVED DLIVE... and intended to upload the VLOG there. After they left STEEM I did attempt ( a few times) to upload to DTUBE... to no avail. I've not entirely given up, but understand they've got a ways to go before they are totally user-friendly. I can wait. 😍

"What about VIMM.tv?"

I really like it actually. Though everything 'went down' right before our road trip, so I've not had a lot of time to check it out. From what I found- it's VERY user-friendly. The only thing: it's ONLY a streaming service... So I'm still looking for a place for my vlog... #thejourneycontinues
