Potato Onion Cake
Ingredients
500 grams of flour
250 grams of potatoes
4 tbsp kanji
2 tbsp butter
8 pieces of garlic (puree)
To taste salt & royco
To taste warm water
Kanji for sprinkling
Step
Peel and wash potatoes, cut and then steam until soft, puree.
Dissolve salt & royco enough na. Put all the ingredients in 1 container, mix well and give warm water bit2 until the dough fits, not too much yes so as not to soften, flavor correction. Ulen to 1/2 kalis and ready to be rolled.
Take enough dough, milled with pasta maker no.4 / bottle, set aside. Then cut back and rolled again with no.5, do until the dough runs out.
New printed potato onion cakes on the sticks in the pasta maker. Do not forget, sprinkle the plastic plate with kanji yes.
Heat enough oil with moderate ali. Put a few onion sticks in the oil and then siram2. Do not be too much when frying ya to be not too kinky. The onion cake will look pretty.
Cook to look dry but not brown, lift and drain. Then put on a wide container with paper to cool.
Ready to be kept in a meeting jar and enjoy anytime😉
