Sponge Cake Chocolate Cut

Ingredients
6 eggs
145 grams of Sand Sugar
3/4 tbsp SP
Coincide with fine salt
1.5 tsp Vanilla extract
🍰Mix and stir well and sifted:
85 grams of Wheat Key
30 grams Maizena
15 grams of Chocolate Brown
🍰 Melt:
90 grams of margarine
🍰 Mix together:
1 sachet of brown SKM
1 tsp Chocolate Pasta
🍰Buttercream:
200 grams White Butter brand Blueband
75 grams of sugar (make simple syrup)
A little hot water to dissolve the sugar
1 sachet of white SKM
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
🍰 Topping:
Grate cheese / DCC shrink / Meses

Step
Melt margarine, do not boil. Chill. Grease a 24x24 cm box pan with margarine, coat it with bread paper, spread again with thin margarine. Preheat the oven.

Mixer egg and sugar until blended, insert SP + salt + vanilla extract. Mixer continues dg high speed to white, fluffy, thick streaked

Lower to low speed, put the mixture of flour + cornstarch + cocoa powder bit by bit until mixed evenly. Turn off mixer.

Enter the liquid margarine piecemeal alternately with a mixture of SKM + brown paste while stirring back slowly but surely to a homogeneous level, but do not overmix. Pour into a prepared pan

Bake in a 180 degree oven about 45 minutes. Puncture test and touch test, if ripe lift. Turn it over to the wire rack, peel off the loaf of paper and then turn it back to cool

After the cold just cut into 25 pieces

Make Buttercream: 🍰Scrink sugar with hot water then measure to 40 ml simple syrup.🍰 Mixer of white butter + simple syrup + white SKM + vanilla extract until soft about 15 minutes so as not to ngendal in the sky mouth. Buttercream ready.

Penyeleseian: basting cake which has been cut with buttercream, then sprinkle with topping material (I use cheese). Inlaid with strawbery jam let chantikk. Delicious cutting cake ready to enliven your pet's birthday😘
