Ingredients
500 gr white tofu (solid), puree
2 pieces of carrot (small size), shaved with grated cheese
1 spring onion, finely sliced
1/2 teaspoon powdered broth
To taste fine salt
1/2 tsp pepper powder
2 eggs (small size)
4 pieces of sausage, cut into 4 parts, crack-kerat
Ground spices:
3 onion grains
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp coriander powder
Coating material:
1 egg, shake off
Step
Mix all ingredients and fine spices. Stir well. (Unless the coating material is yes)
Taste the taste by frying a little dough.
If the taste is right, take enough dough tofu and then insert into a cookie cake that has been smeared cooking oil. Compact.
Plug in a sausage that has been cut and tangled. (I fold 3x until the final result is 6 parts Do not break it)
After all the dough is out, steam for 15-20 minutes until cooked and set. One recipe so 16 cup yes. This after being cooked, still hot inside the steamer. Sausage is blooming. Lift the tofu and then let it cool down in the mold.
Once cool, remove the tofu from the mold.
Dip into coating material and then fry until cooked. Lift and drain.
Ready to be served.
