Chicken Karaage
Ingredients
300 gr chicken breast, cut into small pieces2
Marinate Materials:
2 cloves of garlic, puree
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
2 cm ginger, crushed
1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
2 tablespoons soy sauce
50 ml of water
to taste Salt / seasoning
Coating Material:
125 gr wheat flour
125 gr of cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon powdered broth
1/2 tsp pepper powder *
Step
Mix all marination ingredients, enter the chicken and marinate for at least 1 hour. Store in refrigerator
Mix all coating materials. Heat oil for frying
Dip the chickens that have been dimininated to the dye ... one by one. Then fry until golden
Noted .... dip the chicken at the time want to fry it just so beautiful results. Do not dip it all straight away
If you want to be stored as frozen food, fry karaage half cooked and then chill. Then insert airtight container. Store in the freezer
