This application is really useful, especially for those who want to improve their physical condition, and also give more tonification to their muscles. It's great how with this application it's as if we had a personal trainer helping us, taking care of us and giving us advice on how to gradually improve our body. Another very cool factor of this gadget is that it also offers us the possibility to measure our corporal fat and the state of our muscles.
