What concerns human relationships is honestly something that I am passionate about, since as a teacher I interact a lot with teachers, children, parents and representatives.

Parents always want teachers to treat their children well and they also want teachers to be the ones to play the role of parents with their children.
Parents want good treatment for their children and many times I have had to deal with students who come from home to school abused by their parents.

Teachers, on the other hand, want to receive good treatment, both from their students and from their parents and representatives. The truth of it all is that the Lord Jesus taught his disciples that if they wanted people to treat them well, they also had to treat people well.

When we communicate with others we must take care of our way of speaking and even our own gestures that we direct towards people. Nobody wants to receive insults and yelling from anyone. If you yell at a person, you should expect that they yell at you as well. The harsh word simply what it does is raise the fury.

We have to do everything possible to treat people well so that we can expect good treatment from them.
If you are courteous, friendly and use a soft tone of voice, surely your communication with others will be effective and with the same response.

In case you receive an insult or a yell from another person, use a soft tone of voice, because the soft word softens the anger. You will surely get the person who offended you to apologize to you.

Maintain a good relationship with others. Sow good manners and courtesy and you will reap from people what you sow in them.
