Labor motivation in companies.

Greetings to all my dear and esteemed readers, continuing with my daily publications today I will share with all of you a very important topic for companies and it is about the motivation that their workers must have in order to make the most of their abilities during their working day, all this accompanied with important decisions that the company must take in terms of operation.
The way of perceiving the role of employees in organizations has evolved over the years, today organizations assume that qualified employees are the difference between winning and losing. This new thinking leads to the emergence of a novel working relationship in the 21st century, where the issue of retaining "key people" is the focus of high-performance organizations. In this regard, markets are currently in constant growth and expansion, representing a higher level of business competitiveness, which is why organizations require an increasingly efficient and effective staff in fulfilling the functions of their positions, which leads to a human talent management process that uses strategies where staff feel motivated to develop their activities, and this in turn generates to the organization the development of its business and ensure the sustainability of the same over time.

One of the main reasons why companies seek to retain personnel is due to the importance of having the best human talent, which allows them to face the various challenges that arise in today's markets, this leads these organizations to require the implementation of strategies that increase employee satisfaction and motivation, in this sense Chiavenato (2009) says that a viable organization is the one that manages to attract its human resources and keep them over time. In addition to this, Lertxundi & Landeta (2011), describe that it is important to take into account the Best Practices in Human Resources, these are focused on "improving organizational results through organizational models and personnel practices that promote the skills, motivation and commitment of the people who are part of it" (p.73).
The previous paragraphs show that employee satisfaction has a direct influence on the productivity-performance of the worker and the work environment, integrating in this satisfaction process the motivation which involves the disposition of the internal individual to want or desire to do something, highlighting the latter, generating the premise that modern organizations have the duty to seek ways to make their employees want to work more and better.
The motivation of the personnel is something intrinsic, that is to say, it varies within each organization and each individual, in some cases the motivation is given from the economic point of view and in others of recognition, there is when the management must establish strategies that allow to cover the necessities of each sector of its organization.

Motivation is certainly reflected in the work and productivity in companies, this is a key factor to retain or alienate staff. A person who does not feel motivated does not give the best of himself, so companies should pay special attention to this point. Thanks for sharing
