Dash a solution for Venezuelan companies.

The economic situation in Venezuela is becoming more critical with each passing day, the daily increase in the value of the parallel dollar or black dollar makes the salaries of Venezuelan workers become salt and water in a matter of hours, this situation forces Venezuelans to look for other alternatives to be able to take the basic food basket to their homes and thus be able to cover the food needs of their family group.

One of the companies that is implementing a different strategy to the rest of the companies, is the company belonging to the fast food chain Church's Chicken Venezuela, this company has announced this Monday, April 19, that it will implement a new payment system to its workers, which consists of canceling a bonus to all its workers through the Dash cryptocurrency, this with the firm purpose of avoiding the constant devaluation of the wages and salaries of its workers. Church's Chicken Venezuela applied in 2020 a pilot test only with the corporate personnel of the chain obtaining satisfactory results, for such reason they have decided to extend the application to the rest of the personnel.

The fast food company details that the results obtained from the pilot test resulted in a 97% acceptance of its employees and hence the decision to expand to the rest of the workers. This payment system through the Dash cryptocurrency was worked together with the Dash Text and Dash Core Group teams, who were behind the payment program which was called "Dasherpay", this program allows the sending of Dash in an automated way and allows the coordination of payments on dates and times previously determined.

This payment alternative means that the value of the bonus is not affected by the high levels of inflation. According to the Human Resources Director of Church's Chicken Venezuela, this "new payment method has been a solution for our personnel", and the system has proven to be safe, easy to use and very beneficial for the workers. Likewise, the Dash team stated that this type of payment strategies will help companies and their workers to avoid inflation, in addition to solving the lack of foreign Fiat bills and coins in the country.

It is expected that more companies will join this initiative of the company Church's Chicken Venezuela, so much so that the Dash team itself has taken this initiative with great enthusiasm and has stated the following: "it is the beginning of a project that will be extended to more organizations" and that will work to achieve "solve important problems in the daily lives of merchants and users in Venezuela".
