COVID-19 : Delta Variant.
Greetings to all my dear followers and readers of this platform, following my rhythm of publications today I will share with you a topic well known by all of us and the world, it is COVID-19 and its new lethal variant, the Delta variant.
Since the arrival of the COVID-19 virus to every corner of the planet earth, the population has had to take a series of biosecurity measures, either by obligation or by their own free will, to prevent this deadly virus from continuing its chain of contagion. Although these biosecurity measures are effective, the population has ignored them and this has caused this deadly virus to continue its spread throughout the world.
Since its appearance, the COVID-19 virus has presented a series of mutations that make each of these mutations more aggressive and invasive than the other. Each mutation or variant of COVID-19 varies in the way it manifests itself in each person, that is to say, each variant shows a different symptomatology in each person, the only thing that has remained the same is the way it is contagious. Among the different variants or mutations that have been presented we have: Alpha Strain Variant, Beta Strain, Gamma Strain and now Delta Strain.

Of all the variants mentioned in the previous paragraph, the most aggressive in its form of contagion and invasion is the recently appeared Delta Strain, this strain appeared in April of this year and has been classified by scientists as a very deadly variant. Today, for example in the United Kingdom, 90% of the cases of COVID-19 are of the Delta Variant. According to some scientists, this new variant has the ability to evade the protection of the different vaccines that have been developed to combat this deadly virus.
This new strain has the particularity that the way it manifests itself is different from the rest of the variants, that is to say, the symptomatology of the people who suffer from it are different, for example in this new variant there is no fever, headache, sore throat, among others, making it go unnoticed among people. In conclusion, the coronavirus or COVID-19 continues to claim many lives in the world every day and the appearance of new mutations makes the situation worse, which is why it is important that as citizens we take all the biosecurity measures with a high level of responsibility and thus be able to contribute to the great battle that is being waged against this deadly virus.

All the variants that are coming out are really a sign of extreme alarm because they take us to the starting point to start all over again being a reason for more alert among the population that I do not understand why not take seriously this problem.

Greetings friend @carlir, the COVID-19 pandemic, despite all the efforts made by each of the countries in the search for the perfect vaccine, but it is a virus that every day is mutating into different variants, the one you mention the Delta variant, according to studies is proven to be highly contagious, so we must increase biosecurity measures, and prevent further spread.
Hi @chucho27, very true this delta variant is highly contagious and deadly because it does not lodge in the throat but passes directly to the lungs, making the patient unable to recover.
This is going to long and it seems like we are not going to get rid from covid real soon and this new variant called Delta is another problem that has been started a few weeks back. Still, there is no surety there how many other variant will come in the future so just stay safe and take care of your family as well as the people around you.

I'm really confused about this COVID situation, and sadly I just see that the vaccines aren't even 100% efficient which makes it a weirder situation than it is, and thinking about with all the technological advances we have nowadays and we can't just deal with various or at least prevent it from developing every while and another makes the things worse.

Delta variant is the most harmful and most dangerous of all variant in this I have heard that lungs get inflected in just 2-3 days and all the medicine are not effective as they virus has been mutaned accordingly.
