Minergate scam?
I have about 10 days undermining Monero with GPU in this page and I noticed something curious and annoying, first I will put them in context.
In the beginning download the GUI mininator that offers this portal, I showed that with my Nvidia EVGA GTS 450 (I know that is not the most indicated nor the most modern, but I want to try to see that it goes to invest in a Radeon R9) 20KH / s, which is below the 72KH / s that can give this card according to all the hasheo tables available on the Internet, so I decided to try ccminer- cryptonote by Tpruvot, which according to what I researched is the Version more optimized for my graphics card.
I put it to walk and immediately notice something strange to see in the dashboard of Minergate, it appears that I am mining at only 86H / s !!! I read in several discussions in mining blogs and cryptomonedas that this page steals something of your power of hasheo but 86H / s ?!
A friend who has a little more time undermining Monero with a graph similar to mine, tells me that it is in a pool called MineXMR and that at the beginning it happened the same thing, but after a month approximately began to see that its power Of hasheo increase to a few KH / s, now I ask and I do it here since on the Internet there is no answer to this mystery ... Is it normal that the mining pool rob you of both your hashrate when you are new to the pool ? And if so, how long do you have to wait to tap into the full potential of the GPU?
In advance thanks to help me find an answer to this since I seriously broke my head investigating without result.
Have a beautiful and happy day.
With love - Carla Gonzalez.

I'm not an experienced miner, but I have never heard about pools "steeling" hashpower - they just take a fee on your payout. However I don't think Minergate is the best option, I tried there GUI and it showed me some wildly inaccurate numbers - I thought I was going to make a fortune a day until i discovered that the dashboard showed something much much lower and that this was the real number - maybe something similar is happening with you?
