" Weekly Drawing Contest 17 | Drawing Of your Water Bottle "
Edited using GridArt
Original photo
Materials for the drawing
- plain A4 paper
- Pencil
- Colour
- Eraser
- Sharpener
Step 1
I used my ruler to draw two vertical lines. I closed it at the bottom with a curve using my sky blue colour. I extended the bottom a little bit and closed it again with another curve using a pencil this time around. I also closed the two vertical lines at the top with a curve which formed my water bottle. Finally, at this step, I constructed the cover of the water bottle.
Step 2
I drew the clip or the lock of the water bottle using my pencil
Step 3
At this step of the drawing, I started my colouring. I coloured the body of the water bottle using my light blue colour
Step 4
I coloured the base of the water bottle using a 12B pencil
Step 5
I coloured the top of my water bottle using a light blue colour.
Step 6
I coloured part of the bottle cover lightly using a 2B pencil. I also used my 12B pencil to put a demarcation and shadow between the bottle and its cover.
Step 7
Here I coloured the clip or hook of the water bottle. I used both light blue colours, a 12B pencil and a 2B pencil to achieve that. I also used the 12B pencil to demarcate the top cover of the bottle from the remaining part of the cover cover and this brought me to the end of my drawing.
