Cardonio aims to accept up to 250,000ETH from our initial token partners and create approximately 360 million CDO Tokes for sale in exchange for the ETH committed.
Each stage of the Token Sale will last for 30 days. Once a stage sells out the next stage will begin. If soft-cap is not reached all funds will be returned immediately and the
token sale will be officially closed. If hard-cap is reached, the event will close automatically. In the event a stage doesn't sell out remaining tokens will be transferred to the final stage of the token sale. In the event of unsold tokens upon completion, all will be transferred to the reserve fund.
