BTC-funded Purchase with Cardonio Card Example

The scenario works exactly as it does with the ETH-funded purchase described above.
The equivalent value of BTC will be converted to ETH at prevailing rates without any exchange fees and credited to the Cardonio account. As above, Cardonio will cover the
cost of BTC & ETH exchange.
Cardonio will pass on the best-available exchange rate between BTC & ETH without any mark-up.
