STEEM Suggestion: Minimum Wallet Transfers

Hey #dangettowork! [ aka @dan ], when @ned loses the time to have his wallet spammed with 0.001 SBD pipsqueaks, there should be an adjustable minimum (default on @ 0.001 SBD) that he can crank to 250 SBD.

    I think a simple 'View Memo' button would discourage this spam as people will know they're not going to look at a memo for 0.001 SBD
