Back In The Saddle - VEDA Day 1?
A comment today from a viewer sparked me to get back on the bike....this in combination with some comments from @adetorrent today re: VEDA (Video Every Day August) have me at least considering the idea of creating each day this month. I'm not going to commit yet, but I'm giving it consideration.
I did get some nice saddle time in on the Trek FX3 today and the 9 miles was a good intro back into some saddle time. I'll be back to 50 mile days before you know it ;)
