Good day everyone, welcome to our today episode Today’s Football Celebrity. Like we did last week we had two football celebrities, the same is happening today.

Our today Football Celebrity was a France player who is currently an assistant coach of Belgium. I know many of you can guess who the post is about. Today our Celebrity is Thierry Henry. He was born on the 17th of August 1977 and today marks his 40th birthday.

Henry played as a striker during time as a player and as an assistant coach; he was part of Belgium technical staff that saw Belgium finish 3rd at the Fifa World Cup in Russia. He is currently one of the best sport man France as produced.

Henry started is football career as a youth in 1983 and ended it in 1994. During this year he played with CO Les Ulis, US Palaiseau, Viry-Chatillon, INF Clairefontaine, and Monaco.
He started his senior career with Monaco in 1994, he joined Juventus in 1999. That same 1999 he joined Arsenal where he made most success of his career, currently he is still the arsenal Record goal scorer even after leaving the club eleven years ago.

He joined Barcelona in 2007 before going to the MLS in 2010 and Henry later joined Arsenal again on loan in 2012.

At the national level he played for France U20 and he was part of the squad that won the 1998 World Cup, Runner up at the 2006 Fifa World Cup, Winner of the 2003 Fifa Confederation Cup and winner of the year 2000 Uefa European Championship.

At club level Henry won 16 different cups with four clubs. As an individual he has won over 60awards. Happy birthday Thierry Henry.
