Travel: Grand Canyon, Painted Desert and Petrified Forest, Arizona USA
We spent a hot day visiting the Grand Canyon, Painted Desert and Petrified Forest. Here are a few pictures. Enjoy. I really wish it would of rained as the images would of had much more color. We visited the Badlands years ago and the colors in the dirt there were beautiful. The painted desert had its' very own kind of beauty and is worth the stop if you are driving by.

Amazing views - the vertical with the drop is breathtaking!
In person was amazing. The trail on the south rim is open, so you can get right up to the edge.
I get a lil weak kneed near the edge... But am not really afraid of heights so I shouldn't be too affected! :)
