PAN WITH POTATOES WITH MEAT

Meat Potato Pan recipe ;

● 250 gr. flaked lamb 5-6 medium potatoes 3 green peppers 3 tomatoes 1 carrot 2 onions 6 cloves of garlic 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon tomato paste 1 teaspoon allspice 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon paprika half a teaspoon of black pepper half a glass of oil 2 cups of hot water.

● Fabrication

Vegetables are peeled, all of them are coarsely chopped, and the garlic is finely chopped. Meat, vegetables and spices are thoroughly blended. We place them on the baking tray by pressing lightly with our hands. Add the water on it, cover it with foil and bake in the heated oven for 15 minutes.
