Ingredients.
for 50 cookies.
4 cups (500 g) all-purpose flour.
½ can (160 g) sweetened condensed milk.
1 ½ cup (250 g) unsalted butter, room temperature.
Preparation.
1- In a large bowl, add the flour, softened butter, and mix together with a spoon, until fully incorporated.
2- Sweetened condensed milk and continue to mix until the mixture looks crumbly and slightly wet, about 1 minute longer.
3- Chill for 10 mins.
4- Bake at 170°C-338°F for 08-10 minutes.
5- Using your hand, make figures with the cookie dough, transfer to a baking sheet.
6- Cool and enjoy!
Note.
Don't leave your cell phone nearby or it will look like my cell, greasy and covered with flour sad.
