Writing my journal outdoors on a Sunday morning with ambient sound recorded with my fancy binaural mics.
I've been writing every day for a long time and recently started publishing them as a newsletter to encourage me to write better and to show just how powerful this habit can be for mental health.
Some of them are public -- like today's -- but most are members-only and some are even for paid members only. This gives me some granular control and allows me to open up to varying degrees. Otherwise, it would be kind of pointless. I'm not writing for an audience - I'm writing for myself.

Writing in ink with fountain pens is a moment of joy for me each day. I share details of what pen and ink I'm using in each day's writing. Today's was written with a Waldmann Edelfeder with a broad nib and Edelstein Apatite ink.
I've recorded my writing before with my GoPro and published it on my Serenity Scotland channel. Today I thought that maybe this channel would be a better fit, given my daily video diaries and how they go along with my writing as a creative start to my mornings.
