Turns out we have a lot of raspberry bushes in our garden! Well it is not “our” garden, we are renting an apartment in a big house with a lovely garden. At the end of the lawn I discovered some raspberry bushes I have never seen before. And they are full of berries!
Fresh raspberry jam is the essence of summer for me. It reminds me of my childhood summers when I used to pick wild raspberries in my grandmother's garden. My grandfather used to make the most juicy bread and we eat it warm, right from the oven with butter and raspberry jam. Here is the most simple and fast recipe for homemade raspberry jam. If you can't get wild raspberries you can always buy some.
400 g raspberries ♥
100-125 g sugar ♥
1-2 ss lemon juice♥
I got almost one liter, perfect amount for this recipe :)

I remember my grandma planted it in my childhood. For me it's first time. I'm going to cook some variation of ratatouille.

It's close to zucchini. Good with garlic, tomatoes,carrot..
