其30张见证人投票，用了28个，还有2个。不过 @theycallmedan 不在其列。
同样，TOP20中，没有获得 @proxy.token 见证人投票的，只有第8的 @gtg 。
TOP20中，恐怕只有 @blocktrades 和 @gtg 能够在没有 @proxy.token 支持的情况下，维持TOP20的地位。
