How much does your dignity cost?
This is a small fragment of one of my written notes, I hope you like it and if so, let me know in the comments.
When did I forget about myself? What high price did I have to pay to receive love? Letting my wings be cut out for fear of abandonment. You know what? Of course it was not love.
That is not love, you never lose your dignity and we never lose ourselves and nothing, nobody can have our dignity and our happiness, who really loves you? the truth will accept you as you are without the need to change your essence.
You always have to keep in mind that dignity is not sold, it is not given away, dignity has an unattainable price, it is always better to leave a battle with your face up, even if we leave with a broken heart.
but you have to relax because everything will change not today, not tomorrow, but you know that love will happen and you will get another, do you know why? Because before knowing that person, you were alive and you would continue living without that person, although we think that there is no circumstance that could be worse than losing the loved one.
So let's reflect: You do not have to lose your essence for the other person to shine, remember where the limit is and that is your dignity, love is not asked for love is born and created by mutual effort.
We are not here to receive parts of anyone's love, we are here to be loved, we do not have to be a second choice. YOU are a priority
