Yeah blacks are generally dumber and more prone to violence and emotional outbursts. As a consequence they're also easier to manipulate which is what the Democrats have done.
Most of them will never be able to achieve at the same level as whites and asians or even hispanics; but that doesn't mean that they can't be conditioned to be decent citizens albeit ones of limited intellect if they're taught to have decent values.
I live in the country and we've got plenty of religious country black folk who manage to be fine members of the community. They may not be too bright; but they have decent values and their religion keeps them in line.
The Democrats have replaced those principles with materialism and hedonism and in so doing they have damned the blacks to be a captive population of welfare parasites.

I'm from CHICAGO & can tell you the Most ISRAELI JEWS are fucked in the head- as are the Hasidic. Guess what the Hasidic Jews almost all have FILTHY NASTY DIRTY HOUSES- they never clean. Israeli Jews - even the men- are usually pretty clean- very neat, clean & orderly....
