My Actifit Report Card: September 5 2021
Walked up the estate and over the fields then through the woods and over to the springs shopping centre. Then walked along the new road past the fields and on to the local shops. Had a coffee in costa. Then called in to my sons house for an hour before walking home for lunch. Did a few jobs in the garage later.
