WEEKLY CONTEST WEEK 8 - healthy game: natural stress recipe “rainbow smoothie”
Ever since the pandemic started, i also started to be health conscious. I kept on exploring and experimenting different kinds of recipe that could naturally benefit my body and mind.
As far as possible i wanted it to be natural, i wanted to make use of our fruits and vegetables. Cause i know that’s the best food that could give more health benefits to our body. Specially to this pandemic time.
Today, i wanted to share the natural recipe that i’ve been doing and drinking since the pandemic started. And is truly helpful to me, it gives me healthy body and mind.
What i did was, i created my very own fruit smoothie. Consist of:
*cucumber
*pineapple
*watermelon
*evaporated milk
Evaporated milk is optional, just add if you want a milky smoothie. But to mine, i wanted it badly.
When you’re done preparing everything, blend it all together, with milk.
You just created a rainbow smoothie 😍😍
An FYI to all,
:cucumber is high in many important vitamins and minerals
:pineapple is as well loaded with nutrients and contains disease-fighting antioxidant
:watermelon improves heart health and oxidative stress.
This has been my favorite smoothie, this is my alternative breakfast whenever I don’t feel good.
