Why is Mr. Delegation (Steemit) Delegating 345k SP to a dead account?

Whilst browsing round steemit today, I noticed an interesting account, @misterdelegation (owned by Steemit) has & has delegated an awful lot of steem power SteemD Link, so I decided to look at what apps/who they delegate to, as you would expect, there are many well known apps and a couple of exchanges, and one standout account.

Now, there are three accounts in this list with dead fish icons (inactive):

• Poloniex (An Exchange)
• Bittrex (Another Exchange..)
• @trendings-grace (Who?)
  The rest of the accounts as I have said have names of apps or exchanges, but this @trendings-grace, who is it?

Maybe they got it for their exceptional content...

since then they have had no activity, and they have only received a single transaction since, which was just a message.

They certainly have a nice upvote value

It seems it was used to flag EOS posts, upvote @ned & @steemit.

Maybe I am wrong, but it seems very strange that they would do this. Tell me what you think below.

I feel like it would be better if they delegated it to a useful app such as @dlike Personal Bias Included (I just like the app) as it has just been idling for about a year now, but maybe Steemit, Inc has plans for this account.
