S = Displacement / Distance
U = Initial Speed
V = Final Speed
A = Acceleration
T = Time

• v = u + at
• s = ut + 1⁄2at²
• v²= u² + 2as
• s= (u+v)/2×t

Example:

A car is traveling down a road at 10ms^-1 and accelerates at 2ms^-2 for 7 seconds, how far has it traveled in this time?

S = ut + 1⁄2at²
S = 10×7+1⁄2×2×7²
S = 70+49
S = 119 Metres
