EDIT: it seems that Haejin has found new strength and has stopped his power down, and is calling for all steemians to delegate him power to fight against berniesanders downvotes.
berniesanders accused haejin of raping the reward pool because he was getting lots of upvotes on his posts where he does technical analysis of coins, so berniesanders has been downvoting all of haejin's posts so he gets 0 payouts.
Haejin has built quite the following lately as his posts has helped alot of people make profits from following his advice, but berniesanders believes his posts dont deserve that much rewards.
actually, what drew bernie's attention more than anything was the huge upvotes by an otherwise unknown whale on only haejin's posts. Had those not taken place it is unlikely that much notice would have been drawn haejin's way.
The rewards on a post are not the person's rewards until payout. So, they are subject to upvotes and/or downvotes until payout.
Berniesanders has been quite aggressive in their campaign against haejin. Does this mean personal attacks can drive a steemian away? I don't discuss the legitimacy of the attacks, just the tone of the posts

This sucks. Haejin is awesome and this berniesanders is as big of a clown as his namesake.
