The Water Garden - Day 88

Lots of growth in my first planter and got my second planter all cleaned out and ready to go. Crazy how quick everything starts growing with aquaponics. Normally I would expect to wait a week before seeing some sprouts. We don't just have sprouts but we already have solid growth and we only planted five days ago.

I dumped some new seeds in the planter as well. They are quite tiny and it looks like I just sprinkled some black pepper all over my grow stones. I'm interested to see how long this one takes to start growing, I had no idea the seeds would be so tiny and I'm not sure they will follow the same pattern as all my other seeds I've planted so far. I really hope the tiny seeds don't get washed down into my tank. They are so small they'd probably end up being food for Gillbert.

I took this funny picture of Gillbert. He swam into the corner right as I snapped the photo and the corner distorted his face a little bit. I swear Gillbert doesn't actually look like that!
