The Winter Garden - Day 22

The basil is invading my tomato's! What a hostile act by the long time peaceful basil. The message couldn't be cleaer, this is a declaration of war! The vegetables have been clawing and prodding their way through the ruthless waters of the winter garden and after finally securing a foothold, the basil's strike! The tomato's are strong and growing larger each day, it's only a matter of time before they seek their revenge!

My little pepper is still cute as can be and is growing a bit more each day. I'm very happy with the latest addition to the garden and can't wait until this plant is all grown up.

It's a bit hard to tell but I did trim off a bunch of basil and lower my lights today. My wife made some delicious pasta with fresh basil. I have a ton of basil right now so hopeful I can keep convincing my wife to make more pasta!
