Welcome to #SublimeSunday , a tag presenting you with the unique opportunity to post something a bit different, wacky, crazy or just whatever takes your fancy and instigated by me @c0ff33a ☕️

First up though is a #beautifulsunday (hosted by @ace108) photo with a #funkyedit (hosted by @krazypoet) with Saturation to the Max.

Well the weather has totally gone nuts, sunny days, cloudy days then pitch black dark days with torrential rain and gale force winds - I guess Summer packed up and left the UK for somewhere more interesting.

In between todays showers I took a trip down a local industrial estate, it has a very long straight road down the centre - popular previously for people racing fast cars down it on Weekend evenings, the Police put a stop to that though.

You can see the appeal though, a long straight road that rarely see's traffic on evenings - or Sunday afternoons it seems.

To the back of the industrial buildings is a river, you can access it from some of the side roads.

And I found a lone flower in the grass on the river bank.

These are past their best though, and were blowing quick in the wind - this is the best blurry photo I could get.

Look at this though, a butterfly in the midst of industry. The wind kept moving this one, but I managed a not half job of capturing him.

The Autumn berries are starting to ripen, where has this year gone to.

The clouds returned when I took this photo on an old bridge over the river, it used to be a road that connected an industrial estate on the other side, but it became to weak for motor vehicles and is now blocked off just for pedestrians.

A big concrete block keeps the traffic off, it's good for walking over though.

And the river in the other direction, you almost would not know it is so close to a large industrial estate.

And a #funkyedits to finish, one of last weeks sun sets.
