Day 958 | Weight Gain

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

I haven't been able to keep up the healthy eating yesterday and gained some weight again the process now being back above the projected weightloss line I drew at the start of the month. I will get back on it in the next 5 days with an eye to get below it again. Sunday was a typical betting day with some ups and downs for what was an overall profitable week.
