I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....
Not much has changed for my tuesday Family time depsite of the corona visit with the exception that we don't eat all together in the evening. It was a fun day spending again quality time with my nieces. We went out for a walk to the water, skipped some stones and each build a raft from some wood using long grass that was lying around. We also played table tennis, watched some youtube, talked, continued playing zelda Links Awakenings and watched some tv.
