Day 678 | March
Setting specific goals on a shorter time frame showed to work really well last month and I plan to do that again in march. The main goal will be to get my weight down to the 52kg-63kg range and I will start tracking that more closely. I'll continue to join yoga classes and play tennis maybe also adding a first run of the year if the weather allows it. It is also time to get a bit more social again after having been inside my comfy bubble for what feels an eternaty.
Right now the plan is to have a productive monday and join another hot yoga session in the evening. Nothing more nothing less really. I haven't made an exact plan yet like the 10 days I did last month but will do that very soon.
