I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

Not the usual Tuesday because there was an early kick-off Champions League match I could not miss which would have made it a hassle to get back to my place in time if I went home as usual on Tuesdays. I did manage to get quite some work done and did some random reps also during the day...

I went to bed early as I plan to attend a moring hot yoga class on wednesday.

I restricted the amount during the day but probably went a bit overboard with high calorie peanut butter in the evening. I also tend to be less heavy if I weigh myself later in the morning compared to very early. I'll make sure to drink a lot of water on Wednesday.
