I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

Sunday was the last day of the football season before the international break (and it was a red one). I'll now have 10 full days off from betting and it's quite welcome. My focus has been a bit more on crypto again as of late and I simply couldn't keep up with everything

Plans

I'll continue my daily activity as usual joining at least 3 hot yoga classes, going home on tuesday and playing tennis on Thursday. I also have a (blind) date planned tonight and hope it will turn out in a fun evening
