Day 474 | Back To Yoga
With not that much going on lately I've actually been feeling a little bit lonely and thinking about ways to become more social. While I felt like wanting to have a complete off day, I forced myself to attend another hot yoga session and I'm glad I did at the same time avoiding unhealthy food intake and keeping up my lower calorie intake. Weith loss is going as planned and I contiune to drop a bit each and every day. With my current mindset I also feel I can handle anything that is being thrown at me in life.
