Day 464 | July Plans

I started the month of July Without a clear plan resulting in 2 days that were all over the place. So I sat down and (quickly) thought about my objectives for this new month...
Weight Loss
So last month I was very active going on plenty of runs and joining 19 hot yoga classes. While I did go from around ~69.5kg to ~66kg, I hoped to be able to get down to somewhere between 60-64 kg. I did eat healthy but way way too much pretty much the entire month. I tested out intermittent fasting and it worked quite well but I didn't have the discipline.
So July will be less about activity but more about finally getting the weight I put on in may back off fully going to around 60-62kg again to build some more muscle mass afterward. I plan to keep track of my weight on a daily basis in these posts from tomorrow on.
Dating
I didn't do anything social last month because all the running and yoga cost a lot of time. This month I will be getting back into the dating scene more. I have been talking to someone on Tinder the last few days and picked up another match yesterday. I also want to meet up again the girl I had a date with earlyer this year and signed up for a speed dating event.
Working Out
The plan is to go on an occasional morning run and join 2-3 hot yoga classes each week and leave it at that so I have a lot more time for the other things.
