Day 452 | First Real Fail Day
Wednesday was my first real fail day in the month of June, I did drag myself to do a 15 minute run in the moring, but it was just one of those days. I could not find any discipline whatsoever and failed on the reps and relapsed on the nofap. Looking at the bright side, I did manage to set a new record of 18 days without any kind of porn also never really having any kind of issue with it. I wanted to go to the hot yoga but stormy weather kep me in eating not one but twoo vegan burgers which tasted delicious.
I guess one of the major reasons for the fail day was the lack in noticeable visual results after 18 days of having a lot of activity while eating clean. Somehthing I'm thinking off is to reduce the activity along with fa fasting period which likely will be way more efficient to lose the extra weight I put on last month. I'm still thinking about it and do plan t keep going to the hot yoga a lot.

Remember that musscles does have more weigth than fat!
I can't complain, I'm not overweight to begin with and I did lose 2-3 kg in the last 20 days along with gaining a lot of endurance and my skin is better than ever. I just hoped it to be more visible as I still have a layer of fat on my belly :) It will come off one way or another.
