I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, work and my personal life...
I had the intention not to make Saturday into a resting day but the early rain along with some minor discomforts I wanted to get healed made me not do that much. I ended up playing some video games which was a long time ago. I finished the story driven game "What Remains of Edith Finch" and very much enjoyed it and I also tested out Clash Of Streamers which is an upcoming mobile game linked to a crypto currency project I have some holdings in. It's not my kind of game but still very addictive.

I'm still very much sticking to my daily checkmarks and actually broke my previous nofap record. It has been surprisingly easy as my thoughts have been most on the working out part these past couple of weeks. I guess I usually have way too much time which easily gets me distracted looking for easy dopamine rushs.
