Day 363 | Looking Forward
It was an everyday thursday going to play tennis and putting some time into blogging and Betting watching a football match in the evening. The first year is almost coming to an end and It's starting to be time to look ahead and make some plans/rules for the next 100 day cycle. The first year I mostly got to the part where I get to a point where I'm able to get myself to do the 3 most important things. I have a rather easy time to get into a habit of eating really healthy, I work out on a very regular basis without needing any discipline for it and my sleeping pattern is also excellent.
The plan for the next 100 days is to continue to build on this and add other things I have been wanting to get right but did not really succeed to so far. The social / dating aspect will have most of my focus since that is still my biggest strugge. There is still a lot of work to get my overall self image up there. Getting out of the couch patato body/mindset has done great things already but I want to take this a step further really getting stronger. Regular reps on my power station, starting to run again, continue hot yoga, play tennis while doing another 100 days of 0% cheating when it comes down to my diet should make this happen. I also plan to read more on macros and such which I never got to. As far as my bad habit of watching some porn, I've also come a long way but I can't say I have fully overcome that yet. So I will do a 100 day straight watching no porn whatsoever.
Those right now will be my basics for 100 days while getting more out there again meeting new people and building upon my lacking social skills.
