Day 2365 | Kitchen Time Thursday

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Thursday was a pretty ok and productive day, as I'm giving a dinner party on Saturday I already prepared and tried some things as I will make something I never made before with Vol-Au-Veggie as the main dish. I did go to the supermarket after some vegetables to make a stock as the base for the Paprika Soup I plan to make, I also made Lentil Tofu and tried out vegeble fries. Along with this I updated my Ipod that I'm using as my main source of music in my living room with some updated music. So overall it was a productive day and my ear is slowly getting better for the first time really having excellent sleep.


New Day Goals: Plenty of things to do on Friday as I need to go to the store to get some things I still need for Saturday. I also will go for a haircut and need to make crackers.
