Day 1794 | Indoor Wednesday

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Not that much was up on Wednesday as it was rainy weather which had me skipping on a morning walk. I also failed to eat health in a last day feasting on some bread and skipped on the hot yoga class making it an indoor off day.

The good thing is that I cleaned up in the evening and set myself up to resume the good streak I've been having before this month.

I ate bread and also a hamburger in the evening.

Today GoalsThursday I aim to make into an active day with a walk in the morning, an hour of tennis around noon, 3x100 Reps which I plan to do daily from here on out and an evening hot yoga session.
