Day 1607 | New Youtube Discovery

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Fiday was a pretty ok day doing another monring run while also doing an afternoon walk to the supermarket to get healthy food for the weekend.

I did recently disover a new type of youtbube channel that has got me really excited. It seems that many are doing full movie recaps with a narrator explaining the entire story and all the proper video images go along with that. This condenses what usually is a 2-hour long movie to an episode of 15 minutes where you pretty much get everything on what the story has to offer. This in perticular works great for b-movies with a great idea which is stretched out too long to make it a good movie. I've watched countless of them and will continue to watch one each evening before going to sleep.

There are many of these channels and honestly I think they should be illegal as it just completely rips off all the work movie makers have done using all the key video images from the plot. However for someone likes me who mainly watches movies for the story, this is a blessing as I have just no time to watch them.

Daily Food Journal Sunday September 12th
I ate some tofu with herbs and also made some fresh vegan gluten free pizza which will be my food choice for the weekend. It's actually very light and I love it as a healthy comfort food option.

Today Goals
I will try to go out for a run again if the weather allows it or otherwise do some reps as my daily activity. My food intake will be a smoothie in the morning and some more vegan pizza in the afternoon while drinking plenty of water again. As always football watching and betting will be my main activity.
