I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

It was another day pretty similar to all the others these days being fully occupied with crypto trying to keep up with everything. I was anticipating another market peak near the end of this year or at the start of next year but it's by no means certain that this will play out. Everything in crypto still looks bullish though and it might just continue. So it's hard to fully switch my focus to health and I might just try to combine the high-paced crypto life with actually starting to work on my wieght and fitless instead of going 100% all in on one completely neglecting the other. This balance remains by far the hardest thing to achieve for me.
